Legendary Vampiric Weaknesses

In most vampire mythology since Bram Stoker, vampires cannot enter a person's home without an expressed invitation, although they may use glamour or persuasion to gain that invitation. They can enter houses or other buildings that are not considered to be homes by any mortal. The legend stems from ancient beliefs that the devil or demons cannot enter your home (or your heart or soul) without welcome, as well as concepts regarding the sanctity of an individual dwelling and fear of outsiders versus the duties of hospitality.

Pretty cool, huh?
